Hello and welcome!

I am a Los Angeles based psychotherapist offering individual and couples therapy. People often seek therapy when they notice recurring patterns—feeling stuck in the same kinds of relationships, reacting in ways they don’t fully understand, or struggling with a persistent sense of anxiety, dissatisfaction, or disconnection. Therapy offers a space to make sense of these patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and create the possibility for more authentic, fulfilling ways of relating. My approach is largely influenced by psychodynamic and attachment theories, taking a deeper look at patterns, relational influences, internal conflicts and anxieties. I keep in mind that each person is unique with their own set of experiences and values that will require thoughtful attention in tailoring my approach as we work on your goals. My style is warm, direct and playful -- I take great care in developing space for you to feel safe and create change.

While I have several areas of focus in practice, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, eating disorders, depression and anxiety—areas that often intersect with a strong drive to “hold it all together” and meet high internal expectations. Many of the people I work with are deeply capable and accustomed to showing up for others, yet privately struggle with shifts in identity, self-criticism, or a sense of losing control.
Starting therapy can be overwhelming, which is why I offer a free 20 minute consultation session to understand your needs and to see if we would be a good fit. I believe that a trusting and open therapeutic relationship is essential for change. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your fee and do you offer sliding scale rates?
My fee is $225. The fee is discussed in our consultation and is determined prior to our first meeting. I understand that finances can be a major deterrent in seeking therapy, so I offer sliding scale slots in my practice. When in doubt don't hesitate to reach out and lets talk about the fee!
What should I expect in my first session?
Our first session will involve us getting to know each other better, providing a space for you to elaborate on what it is that you would like to work on in therapy and setting goals for treatment. I will give you information about the process of therapy, welcoming any questions that may arise for you. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and for us to begin to build a trusting relationship.
Do you accept insurance?
While I am currently unable to bill insurance directly, I can provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I am here to help you navigate the complexities being an out of network provider.
where are you located?
how often do i come for therapy?
I typically work with people on a weekly basis, especially in the beginning as we are getting to know each other. If I am noticing that you are needing more or could benefit from more sessions, then I will suggest a more frequent cadence .
My office is in Culver City. I additionally do Telehealth with individuals throughout the state of CA.
